It is hard to hit a moving target — Obama’s position on taxes. Aside from the wisdom of raising taxes on anyone in a recession, does anyone think this is Obama’s last, best and final position on taxes?
I guess this is the change that he talks about...change as a moving target, so people can not pin him down on his beliefs or opinions.
