He also wants to shape agriculture industry and he is blaming our agriculture policy for global warming, obesity, stroke, heart disease, etc.

Obama : Not paying high taxes is selfishness!!

Just 4 days before election, Obama 's true color is shining through.  Jake Tapper from ABC news reports that, in Florida yesterday, Barack Obama called people selfish if they don't believe in higher taxes.  No wonder Obama chose Biden for his VP, since Biden thinks paying taxes is patriotic!

Jennifer Rubin has this to say:

Aside from insulting voters who think it isn’t selfish to use their own money to build businesses, raise children, and give to charity (ask Joe Biden about that!), his formulation shows an appalling lack of understanding about how people get rich. The government is going to give people goodies and then they’ll have more money to spend? Wow. Who knew it could be so easy? No working, earning, saving, building businesses, hiring more people, investing and the like. Money just comes from thin air, from the government.

Voters should listen up. Obama is finally revealing his true self. Maybe McCain should take down his own ads and just run Obama and Biden soundbites. Oh, and that $250,000 (then $200,000, then $150,000) dividing line between the taxed and the saved in an Obama administration? One of the stars of the Obama-mercial, Bill Richardson, seems to think the real number is $120,oo0. Do I hear $75,000?

Biden's Big Gaffe = Inexperienced Obama

Joe Biden said today that the "dangerous" world will test young and  inexperienced Obama when he wins the White House. Wow! and we should elect him?? 

Direct quote:

"It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We're about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don't remember anything else I said. Watch, we're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy."

So, I guess, his coolness and his demeanor will not help him when he becomes president...then why support his presidency?

For Obama, Lies, Gaffes, and Exaggeration does not matter!

Powell's endorsement shows that experience, accomplishment, legislative success DOES NOT MATTER anymore. We can elect a president based on how cool and emotionless he is! I have been collecting Obamas gaffes for the last 14 months and I wonder if Hillary, McCain, Palin or any other person has had these many gaffes, lies, and exaggerations, they would, politically,  have been dead by now. 

But not Obama! hmmm......

I promised I would not post anything about Obama anymore because the media finally has caught up with what most of us bloggers knew about Obama.  That he is empty suit and gaffe galore and not fit for presidency. 

 

However, when I found out  Nicholos Kristof's article (from 3/16/07) which, I blogged about it several months ago, is missing from NYTimes  page....I was outraged! Is New York Times  protecting Obama? 

In a free-ranging interview with the New York Times, Obama described the Muslim call to prayer as ‘one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.’ The Time's Nicholos Kristof wrote, Obama recited, ‘with a first-class [Arabic] accent,’ the opening lines of the Muslim call to prayer. "

How can we believe a man to change the world when he has not done anything substantial for his own country? He has never ran a business, a city, a platoon, and/or a state? No wonder when Editorial Board of The Times  endorses him by saying:

"It is Obama's character and temperament that come to the fore. It is his steadiness. His maturity. These are qualities American leadership has sorely lacked for close to a decade," the editorial said.

No mention of experience or accomplishment ...Obama is ready because of him character, temperament and maturity...WOW!

It's a bit too late to question this, and I wonder why Hillary did not raise this question? But there is a case against Obama campaign in Philadelphia court to produce birth certificate and Obama is resisting! why resist if there is nothing to hide? The same with his college paper work or transcripts? why not make them public.

Reuters thinks he meant to refer to Syria, but I still don't think it would be accurate to say the U.S. kicked Syria out of Lebanon. The Lebanese kicked Syria out of Lebanon.

VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT: Biden's statement that McCain voted against the Violence Against Women Act is accurate. But as Robert Byers notes, the Supreme Court ruled in United States v. Morrison, the Court ruled that much of Biden's law was an unconstitutional power grab by Congress of rights reserved to the states. Nobody voted against the WAWA because they support violence against women; they objected over constiutional concerns that a Supreme Court majority validated.
